diorang billionaires tapi byk menderma utk institusi pendidikan,keagamman dan kebajikan..ramai dermawan adalah mereka yg non-muslim...itu sebab universiti di sana and europe maju coz grant xharap dr kerajaan...cth paling dekat di NUS (national university of spore) byk menerima geran penyelidikan dr bdn2 corporate..itu sebab NUS antara paling prestij di asia. di msia badan korporat xde kesedaran utk membantu mutu pendidikan negara...

Jadi Jutawan Hanya Jual Ayam
BERMULA dengan menjual 10 ekor ayam di pasar malam kira-kira 15 tahun lalu, Abdul Kadir Bakar kini muncul sebagai penjual dan pembekal ayam terkemuka di wilayah utara dengan purata jualan 12,000 ekor sehari.
Ketika memulakan kerja sebagai penjual ayam, beliau yang tiada modal dan terpaksa berhutang membeli 10 ekor ayam dan melunaskan hutang itu selepas berjaya menjualnya.

Menerusi syarikatnya, Prodinamik Enterprise Sdn Bhd, Abdul Kadir, 44, kini menjadi pembekal ayam di utara Semenanjung dan juga Kuala Lipis, Pahang, dengan perolehan kira-kira RM2 juta sebulan. Bukan itu saja, beliau juga mempunyai ladang ternakan ayam dan kilang memproses ayam.

Anak kelahiran perkampungan nelayan Kuala Muda, Seberang Prai Utara (SPU) itu yang terpaksa berkorban untuk berjaya, kini boleh tersenyum lebar kerana usaha dan pengorbanannya tidak sia-sia.

Bapa kepada 14 anak yang hanya berkelulusan Sijil Rendah Pelajaran (SRP), kini menjadi payung kepada 120 pekerja, selain peniaga lain dan pasar raya yang mendapat bekalan daripada syarikatnya.

Perniagaan membuat saya terpaksa berhutang merata, tetapi mungkin sikap kejujuran sepanjang berniaga, membolehkan saya melalui segala dugaan,

penjual ayam pun bole berjaya apatah lg kita...kagum dengan semangat yg ditunjukkan oleh En Abdul Kadir dalam menempuh ujian perniagaan ni..marilah kita berdoa dan berusaha mencapai matlamat menjadikan melayu usahawan yg berjaya di dlm dan luar negara dan mampu bersaing dgn bangsa asing...kite belum tewas...kita melayu masih ada..

aku rasa, nak motivate orag biasa, kita perlu tonjolkan orang biasa berniaga, tanpa menggunakan cable dan rasuah, business bermodal kecil, start from bawah..so very applicalble untuk orang biasa yang baru nak menceburi bidang perniagaan..
